What is Threads of Hope?
Based out of Boston, Threads of Hope provides in person and virtual closet organization services, as well as clothing sales.
How does it work?
When you schedule an in person service, we come organize your closet. If there are clothes you no longer want, we will take them off your hands, free of charge. For any clothes that are in very good condition, we resell them with a portion of those sales being donated to a worthy cause. The charities rotate each month, so we can help as many people as possible. If there are clothing donations that we cannot use, we will donate those to another organization.
How much is shipping?
All orders will have a flat shipping rate of $8.00 per order. All orders over $200.00 will include free shipping!
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. However, we want to ensure our customers have a great experience. If the item(s) you purchased are not as described within the listing, you may contact us via email at threadsofhope617gmail.com, and we will instruct you how to return.
