What is Threads of Hope?
Based out of Boston, Threads of Hope is a community using the sales of gently worn clothing to raise funds to find reassurance, strength, and ultimately the cures for many epidemics we face on Mother Earth.
How does it work?
You clean out your closet and send us the clothes you no longer want. We take those clothes, resell them to others who want them, and a portion of those sales gets donated to a worthy cause. The charities will rotate each month, so we can help as many people as possible. If there are donations that we cannot use, we will donate those to another organization.
How can I donate?
Email us at [email protected] regarding donations: Please include the number of items, brand, size, and original price (if you know). We will then instruct you where to send your donation. Please make sure the clothes are in good condition. Once we receive and process your donations, we will send you a receipt for tax purposes.
How much is shipping?
All orders will have a flat shipping rate of $8.00 per order. All orders over $200.00 will include free shipping!
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. However, we want to ensure our customers have a great experience. If the item(s) you purchased are not as described within the listing, you may contact us via email at threadsofhope617gmail.com, and we will instruct you how to return.
